Maintasks:
  • Expanding compnay's network of sales
  • Making recommendations for strategic expansion of sales to target industries
  • Engaging in target-oriented and success-driven sales of our products throughout the region assigned.  This includes all aspects of outside sales - customer visits, budgeting, specifying andquoting products to customers, reviewing and developing presentations, and reviewing customer needs and requirements
  • Presenting compnay products at trade shows and workshops, all related sales activities, and following through on all leads
  • Monitoring and analyzing on a continuous basis, the Company's competition and market situation
  • Developing and evaluating compnay's sales strategy and key customers to full market potential
  • Significant travel for sales visits at customer locations and to attend other offsite activities, including sales meetings and trade shows
  • Understand and communicate the customers' requirements and needs across the compnay organization internationally
  • Attending meetings and providing reports on sales activities to global head of sales

Professional competencies :
  • University degree in engineering or business (best case with technical focus)sales or engineering sales experience in compnay's target customer base Internationality:
  • Knowledge of additional languages and experiences in global companies are beneficial EDP:
  • Sound Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experiences with CRM and ERP Systems beneficial
