The Advanced Lead RMT Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of leading projects including analyzing requirements, modeling, writing specifications, managing suppliers, leading teams, managing cost and schedule, subsystem validation, verification and demonstration, and providing support for testing. 
In the Advanced Lead RMT Engineer role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives, plus have the ability to affect short term and long-term business goals.

In addition, as the Advanced Lead RMT Engineer, you will:

Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project for the RMT functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
Generate RMT requirements and allocate to the system, subsystem and unit levels using guidance in ARINC 604, MIL-HDBK-1814, MIL-STD-1472
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
Perform maintainability prediction analysis (Mean Time To Replace (MTTR), Maximum Maintenance Time (Mmax), Remove / Replace, Reliability Centered Maintenance using accepted methodologies, such as MIL-HDBK-470A, MIL-HDBK-472, ATA MSG-3
Perform reliability and maintainability analysis and be able to present the data to different management levels
Perform testability / Built-In Test (BIT) analysis using accepted methodologies, such as MIL-HDBK-2165
Develop RMT demonstration programs in accordance with accepted methodologies
