- Expert with Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Must have experience with opening and closing customer service calls in an electronic ticketing system.

- Able to work in a fast paced, multiple application environment.
- Toggling between multiple windows with dual-screen in order to manage workflow.
- Creating, dispatching and closing tickets while meeting our 15 minute SLA.

- Microsoft Excel:
- Advanced filtering
- Pivot Tables
- V-lookup

- Phone communications skills:
- Must have the ability to speak professionally and courteously.
- Must be able to clearly communicate with the customer to determine specific issues.

- Dispositions calls in customers help desk system and receives telephone calls and requests to install, maintain, repair and modify equipment.
- Coordinates consumables ordering and delivery via automated notifications and direct customer request.
- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinate product solution.
- Tracks missing devices and coordinates locating devices to be returned to service, Conducts technical training with customers over phone.
- Responsible for consumables and parts inventory ordering and par levels. Responsible for spare printer/MFP inventory and hot-swap equipment.
- Will clean equipment and perform light repairs as required. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills with experience using advanced Excel features. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
