Job Description
- Support of one of the company's largest North American Managed Print Services customers
- Represent the company on-site at a client's operations center
- Remote help desk support for all company hardware issues (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
- Coordinate/communicate with multiple levels of company and client to accomplish the mutual objectives

Responsibilities
- Support client end-users calling the help desk for perceived hardware issues
- Determine if issue is related to company hardware or not
- If not company hardware issue, pass ticket to client help desk
- If a company hardware issue:
- Attempt remote fix
- Pass ticket to company technical support
- Follow-up to confirm resolution

Individual Requirements
- Associate degree
- Printer experience
- Help desk experience
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer focused experience
- Network and software experience
