Job Description
- Support of one of the Company largest North American Managed Print Services customers
- Represent the Company on-site at a Company operations center
- Remote help desk support for all Company hardware issues (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
- Coordinate/communicate with multiple levels of Lexmark and JPMC to accomplish the mutual objectives

Responsibilities
- Support Company end-users calling the help desk for perceived Lexmark hardware issues
- Determine if issue is related to Lexmark hardware or not
- If not Company hardware issue, pass ticket to Company help desk
- If a Company hardware issue:
- Attempt remote fix
- Pass ticket to Company technical support
- Follow-up to confirm resolution

Individual Requirements
- Associate degree
- Printer experience
- Help desk experience
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer focused experience
- Network and software experience
