Job Description
- Critical position for the Company in support of one of the Company largest North American Managed Print Services customers
- Represent the Company on-site at a client operations center
- Responsible for the oversight/execution of all the Company contractual requirements
- On-site point of escalation for client concerns
- Manage other on-site Lexmark personnel in support of client 
- Coordinate/communicate with multiple levels of the Company and client to accomplish the mutual objectives

Responsibilities
- client helpdesk support (for company hardware issues only)
- Break-fix service delivery (for all branch output devices)
- Proactive consumable shipments (automated consumables delivery)
- Predictive service (activity before an end-user escalation)
- Database management (assets, addresses, supplies contacts)
- Reporting (daily and monthly performance, ad hoc)
- Invoice management (warranty, labor)
- Manage/coordinate with teams supporting these activities
- On-site point of escalation for these activities

Individual Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Managed print services experience
- Printer experience
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Management experience
- Customer focused experience
Primary criteria:
Managed Print Services experience
Printer/Copier hardware experience
Customer operations or site operations experience (in a printer/copier MPS environment)
Management experience
Data analysis/reporting experience
