Site Operations - Entry
- On-site printer expert.
- First point of escalation for any printer concerns.
- Manage printer/multi-function device service issues.
- Assist with trouble-shooting the most challenging issues.
- Coordinate the ticketing/effort between customer and team.
- Work with field technicians while they are conducting on-site repairs at branches
- Work with company support teams as necessary (engineering, software, solutions).
- Mentor/train the client help desk team.
- Utilize various systems & tools to complete tasks.
- Communicate actions & updates to customer personnel.
- Must have the ability to focus on details while multi-tasking.
