- Receive all orders for proper routing to appropriate functional group.
- Review all non-managed orders for completeness of data needed for accurate entry.
- Contact representative via email/phone requesting assistance to clarify order information needed as required such as model code, pricing, ship method, commissions due, etc. on buy/resell orders.
- Maintain Strategic pricing templates and pertinent “Attention Tab” notes in customer account.
- Two year degree preferred
- AND related customer service experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
