Order Administrators work as part of the Inside Sales team to perform order entry tasks and provide customer service as required. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Receive all orders for proper routing to appropriate functional group.
  • Review all non-managed orders for completeness of data needed for accurate entry.
  • Contact representative via email/phone requesting assistance to clarify order information needed as required such as model code, pricing, ship method, commissions due, etc. on buy/resell orders.
  • Maintain Strategic pricing templates and pertinent “Attention Tab” notes in customer account.
Education and Experience:
  • Two year degree preferred
  • AND related customer service experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
